Inayat Diamonds offers “No questions asked” 7 (seven) days return policy to every customer for product sold through the Platform.
For all returns made by any Customer within such 7 (seven) days, Inayat Diamonds will directly refund to the Customer.
For returning the product customer have to inform Inayat Diamonds within 7 days from delivery and the Customer will arrange the pick up or customer may deliver it to the seller.
If tampered or found used then return policy will not be applicable.
5% will be charged by Inayat Diamonds as processing charges.
Once the return goods are received by the us and confirmed that it’s not tampered or used, after that amount will be refunded to the customer.
Return policies shall be applicable only for customers who make an online purchase for the Product through the Platform. If any customer purchases any Product directly from any physical store, then this return policy shall not be applicable for such purchase.
